Quoting DPMJET-II in FLUKA

    Dear colleagues,
    we would like to recommend to all those who make use of DPMJET-II
    inside FLUKA to quote, while reporting results, not only the standard
    FLUKA reference but also the DPMJET-II one.

    We suggest:
    J.Ranft, Phys. Rev. D51, p.64 (1995); "New features in DPMJET version
    II.5",hep-ph/9911213 and "DPMJET version II.5, code manual",hep-ph/9911232

    Since DPMJET-II makes use of PITHYA-6.1 for the hadronization part, it
    would be correct to quote also:
    T.Sjostrand, (PITHYA-6.1) Comp. Phys. Comm., 82 (1994) p. 74
