Puzzling failure

    I have been calcuations with a variety of geometries successfully. I
    have changed the geometry in various ways, all OK. Now I have a case
    with a new geometry, but still that same structure of the data files,
    that does not work. The .out file looks fine down to the start of the
    "FULLY ANALOGUE" section. The tracking the first particle produces lots
    of outputs of MA and FPD arrays and bombs. I saw this once before and
    got rid of it with small changes in the geometry (adding a vacuum region
    between the detector and the black hole), but nothing I tweak now
    resolves the problem. Here are the first few lines of that part of the
    .out file, and some lines from the .err file.
