    Hi Sunil,

    I don't have any reference in the tip of my fingers but from what I read in the past I believe that the production at 100 MeV will still be similar to that around 50 MeV, which is the point where the GDR reactions are saturated because the cascades in the target sweep all the energy range in the GDR lorentzian. Of course, this assumes a certain thickness of the target to develop those cascades and 'not too high' energies.

    One of the most recent experiments that I am aware of, is:
