heavy ion interactions?

    Hellow,
            I'd like to use FLUKA for the simulation of the heavy ion inteaction, like Li
    or Ne, with low energy (<100 AMeV) with a solid thick target. Could you
    please suggest which parametrs i should use in the input file to me.
    Unfortunately, I could not use BME and rQMD tools.
