Is FLUKA work if the thickness of the target is only 0.8 micron?

    Hi Fluka users,

    I am reserching the radioactivity of a thin carbon foil bombed by 100MeV proton.
    Is there any special parameters or things I need to be aware of when using FLUKA
    with such thin targets?
