Dear Masoomeh,
Without any further information, one cannot really judge what is wrong. In any case, there have been previous discussions on the list that there are issues with the (outdated) gfortran version 4.9. Note that the new version has been compiled with gfortran-6.3 (in the download area of the webpage, you find as well a version compiled with gfortran-5.3). So you should update your compiler.

I've tried to compile the new version of fluka : fluka2011.2c-linux-gfor64bitAA.tar.gz
Everything goes well but the flukahp file is not created.
Have you any idea ?
The compiler is = gcc version 4.9.2 20150212 (Red Hat 4.9.2-6) (GCC)
