right (the XYZ elementary volume is known by FLUKA and internally used to
get fluence from tracklength, then dose equivalent is obtained from
fluence through the respective conversion coefficients, which however are
not available for heavy ions like your 7Li beam particles)

right (the region volume is generally unknown to FLUKA and so cannot be
internally used, apart from USRTRACK result normalization purposes if
input by the user in the respective USRTRACK card)
