If I am not mistaken you can configure Flair to any user-defined colour scale. Is it correct, that your question is just related to the colour scale and not to the results as such?
For the compiler problem, I am puzzled how you can have created an executable but not able to run fff. Am I correct that the installation, including running 'make' worked fine?

I would like to get USRBIN DOSE-EQ results like at picture1 (I attach files), but I get only like at picture2.
I am thinking that these differences are connected with the fact that the output of a FLUKA simulation in the form of a ROOT file for picture1.

I tried to produce ROOT output from exaple in the official site by FLAIR.
At first I had the next error: /home/rauka/fluka/flutil/fff: 109:
/home/rauka/fluka/flutil/fff: [[: not found. Then, to solve this problem I changed #!/bin/sh to #!/bin/bash in fluka/flutil/fff, but I have the new error 121:
/home/rauka/fluka/flutil/fff: g77: not found and I do not know how to solve this problem.
