Thanks for your reply, I am sorry for my mistake,however, I still get a ZERO result. Maybe just I don't know how to set the relevant card, such as PHYSICS and IONTRANS card. Could you help me to point out the mistakes?

You are bombarding a gold (Au) foil with neutrons (n), how do you want to evaluate the spectrum of the B(n,α)Li reaction by using that setup?
Yes, you might get B via spallation on Au, but I don’t think that primary neutrons can interact with reaction products (generated also by other primary neutrons) to get your α + 7Li.
