Hi Sunil,
the production of synchrotron radiation is not implemented
in FLUKA at this time.
You can generate a synchrotron radiation spectrum using an
external program, and write a source subroutine which samples
from that spectrum.
Such programs are generally used by the machine physicists
at synchrotron radiation facilities, and some are available
on the web. I attach here a program I have often used myself.
