you can overlay the tracks in the geometry viewer ontop a 3D view, however for the moment there is no Z-depth buffer
in flair so you will see them as flat (2D) on top of a 3D geometry.
To do so you need to create a custom layer and add the "Userdump"
Select the particles you want to display, and the number of events and you will get
the plot in the viewports where you selected the newly created layer.
In my working development version of flair, I am currently testing the Z-buffer so to get them in
an nicer way.

I recently came across a fluka-discuss thread from a number of years ago saying that plotting 3D particle tracks overlaid with the geometry was in development. I have been using SimpleGeo with PipsiCAD3D to do this but was this ever implemented in Flair? I don’t recall seeing that feature anywhere.
