Dear experts,
I am trying to simulate residual activity due to thermal neutron incident
on natural tungsten. The input file is attached, along with the source and
spectrum file. The isotopes generated by FLUKA are - W-187, W-185 and
Re-187.
But when I compare it to online calculator (
https://www.ncnr.nist.gov/resources/activation/) (the inputs to the online
calculator are shown in attachment 2 and the results in attachment3), the
results are different. I see that in online calculator, the W-187, W-185
isotopes are present but there are some extra isotopes present as
well-W-181, W-188 and Ta-183. These are not present in FLUKA results. Is
there some problem with my input file? Can some one please take a look?
sincerely
saurabh
