Dear Dávid,
I truly thank you for taking time on my problem. Fortunately, my
problem has been solved by your kind recommendation(the images of
procedures has been attached). But, when I close the terminal and open
it again, the following problem was occured.
bash: export/setenv: No such file or directory
[mrakbari2012_at_mahmoudreza ~]$ su -
Password:
[root_at_mahmoudreza ~]# /usr/local/fluka/flutil/ldpmqmd
/usr/local/fluka/flutil/ldpmqmd: line 2: /flutil/lfluka: No such file
or directory
[root_at_mahmoudreza ~]# /usr/local/fluka/flutil
-bash: /usr/local/fluka/flutil: Is a directory
[root_at_mahmoudreza ~]# cd /usr/local/fluka/flutil
[root_at_mahmoudreza flutil]# ls

[root_at_mahmoudreza flutil]# $FLUPRO/flutil/rfluka -e ./flukadpm3 -N0
-M0 example
-bash: /flutil/rfluka: No such file or directory
[root_at_mahmoudreza flutil]#

I suppose that the problem may be relevant to edting the . bashrc file
to make the created FLUPRO environment permanent.
Bythe way, my contents of my edited .bashrc file is as follows;

# .bashrc

# Source global definitions
if [ -f /etc/bashrc ]; then
        . /etc/bashrc
fi

# Uncomment the following line if you don't like systemctl's
auto-paging featur$
# export SYSTEMD_PAGER=

# User specific aliases and functions
export/setenv

Please let me know what the exact problem is?
With deepest gratitude,
Mahmoudreza
