https://doi.org/10.1016/j.nima.2018.10.117 - I feel comfortable to publicise this a little better, FluDAG - Fluka + DAGMC is the fruition of a lot of work between myself, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, NASA and a lot of input from Alfredo and Vasilis. FluDAG allows users to use CAD directly in FLUKA simulations.
I hope to post general instructions that people can follow in the coming weeks that will mean anyone, given a few requirements on your CAD (nothing too onerous) - that should enable you to be able to run FluDAG in your CAD geometry.
I hope this helps/will help in the near term.

I also faced similar problem.
What I did was to use SimpleGeo (Geometry developing tool for Fluka) in which I could import 2d or 3d AutoCAD file.
Unfortunately, I had to create a new geometry on SimpleGeo since my imported AutoCAD geometry was not supported in the FLUKA. However, it was easier for me to build the new geometry on SimpleGeo using the CAD coordinates.
