Dear Holger,
FLUKA currently requires at least gfortran 7.3 and I'm not aware if FLUKA if compatible or even tested with ifort.
The best solution for you would be to try to compile gfortran 8.2 from source, bootstrapping your system's compiler, and use that to for FLUKA.

You just need to add gfortran to the "--enable-languages" option.

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: ifort support?
Dear developers,
we are trying to install fluka on our High-Performance-Computing-Cluster, running OpenSUSE Linux 13.1. Unfortunately there is no gfortran-7 nor -8 available for this distribution. Would it be possible to get a fluka version that can be compiled with either gfortran-4.8.1, or (better) with the intel compilers ICC/IFORT 15.0.4?
