with two cylinders and two or more cutting planes like:
* Void sphere

* Outer surface of cylindrical target

* Inner surface
RCC cylin 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 10.0 3.0
* Cutting planes

PLA cut2 1.0 1.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0
...
VOID 5 +void -cylout | +void -cut1 | +void +cut2 | +cylin
TARGET 5 +cylout -cylin +cut1 -cut2
you will get a plot like the attached one
