Dear Paul,
The cross section is not given as an output, but you have to normalize the results yourself using the inelastic cross section of around 79 mb at sqrt(s)=13 TeV (as measured by ATLAS, TOTEM etc).
Central diffraction should be included in DPMJET. You may find some more details in the following thesis, which describes also the latest improvements of DPMJET:

Cheers, Anton

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: DPMJET cross-section + central distribution
Hello,
I’m running proton-proton collision events at root(s) = 13 TeV using DPMJET. How can I find the cross-section for this process? The SPECSOUR cards I use are as follows:
SPECSOUR 6500. 0.0001425 0.0 CROSSSYM
SPECSOUR 0.0 0.0 5.3 0.0 PROTON 0.0 &
Also, is central diffraction generated in DPMJET?
Thanks for your help,
Paul
