Dear Sougata,
In your current setup you are scoring all energy deposited in the air region called VOL. I'm not sure I understand how this can be used to study backscatter. May be you can elaborate.

Dear FLUKA experts,
I want to evaluate back scatter material effect on dose due to electron
/ beta. I am varying back scatter thickness and scoring energy
deposition for different back scatter thickness. But my experimental and
theoretical data is not matching (variation of around ~ 10%). Please
check and suggest changes in input file (attached).
