Dear Julien,
energy losses by ionization in a condensed history Montecarlo code
like FLUKA are treated in an approximated way with respect to the real
physical processes: this is achieved by discretizing a continuous process
in a finite number of steps and it is done for computational reasons.

This information in FLUKA is contained in the variables MTRACK and DTRACK
in the TRACKR common block and you should be able to access it from the
MGDRAW routine.
