    Hello

RCC 3 and RPP 4 do not overlap; thus regions 3 and 4 don't make sense.

RCC 3 has the center of one of its circular faces at (x,y,z)=(0,0,3), is
aligned with z and has a length of 200cm. However, RPP 4 only extends from
    0 to 1.96cm in z.

    Just a few other comments:

    - BERYLLIUM and IRON are both predefined materials in FLUKA. Thus the
      MATERIAL cards are not needed
    - The SDUM of your EMFCUT card is misaligned.
    - What(4) and What(5) of EMFCUT/PROD-CUT refer to a range of FLUKA
material indices, with What(4) being the lower limit and What(5) the
upper. In your case What(5)<What(4), I guess What(5) is forced to be
      equal to What(4).

    Regards
    Stefan
