Hi Nacira,
    to link pawlevbin you should also have cernlib installed
on your machine. This depends on the linux flavour that you
are using and it seems that you are missing it. You can
install it and can try to download it from here:

http://cernlib.web.cern.ch/cernlib/version.html

But, as you can see, this is a library which is not anymore
developed and supported.

Did you try to use Flair and its modern tools to analyze
the Fluka output?
