Hello,
As explained in the Flair manual, you can "spawn" a simulation in multiple runs: you have to enter the number of runs you want to perform under the "Spawn" column in the Run tab. This will launch multiple simulations in parallel (with different random seeds). For details, search for "spawn" in the Flair manual.
