Dear Vladimir,
Assuming both input files differ only in WHAT(2) of the RANDOMIZ card, I
presume running
/fluka/fluka2011.2x-linux-gfor64bit-7.4/flutil/rfluka -N0 -M3 target-L30-b
should do the trick.
Incidentally, in the run tab of Flair, in column "Spawn" for your run,
you may enter an integer number of jobs to run concurrently. It will do
the above stuff for you.
Cheers,
Cesc
