Dear Luis,
you need to run the make command in the $FLUPRO folder on your university machine as well. This will create the correct executable for the machine.

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: Running Fluka in Putty
Dear Fluka experts,
I installed FLUKA and Flair in Fedora and I had no problems with it. However, I am trying to run my input through the univeristy machine, using ssh conection (Putty) and I cannot run my input.
I have copied the FLUKA installation folder (generated when you install fluka in fedora) to the university machine. Also, I have copied my .inp file. And finally, I have run the following command $FLUPRO/flutil/rfluka -M 5 prueba.
With all this, I get the following error.
PATHto/FLUKA/libflukahp.a is newer than PATHto/FLUKA/flukahp. Please relink.
Am I doing something wrong? How can I solve this problem?
Best regards,
Luis
