   I suggest that you take a look at this lecture given in the 2014
Fluka advanced course:

You will find an explanation on how to use Flair to compile and link
user routines and also a description of the most important COMMON
blocks that you will need to access.

This is a complex topic and the lecture could be a good starting point,
if applied to your case.
