Hello all,
I have been trying to create a voxel file from a dicom stack. so far flair happily creates the voxel file and creates the input card but the .vxl file is red in colour and flair says it cannot open it.
I am using an anonymised CT image stack and run fluka in fluka docker.
Does anyone have any idea why flair cannot open the voxel files it creates?
