Characteristic X-ray

Dear Fluka Users,

I looked at the Fluka manual to find information about the physics of
characteristic x-ray production. The x-rays are produced when electrons
hit the tungsten target specially at low energies. Would you please give
me some information about the physics or cross-sections which are used for
simulations.
