Hello
Identifiers of Oxygen cross sections have changed:
If you want neutron cross sections for 16O, the LOW-MAT card should be
LOW-MAT o 8. 16. 296. OXYGE-16

Instead, if you wish to have natural composition:
LOW-MAT o 8. -2. 296. OXYGEN

In your low-mat card there is a mixture of the two: identifiers of O16
and name of natural , probably a remnant from past simulations.

For consistency. if you really have O16, it would be better to set
WHAT(6)=16. in your MATERIAL definition card for material o.
Hope this helps
