Your input requests photonuclear interactions in material with index 1
(blackhole..). Use index 17 (Pb) instead or switch it on for all
materials, e.g.

PHOTONUC 1.0 1.0 @LASTMAT

Also ypur lam-biass card looks strange (you bias protons?). Unse instead:

LAM-BIAS 0.0 0.02 0.0 7.0
