Dear Fluka users
a new respin of Fluka2020.0, fluka2020.0.8, is available on the web site
at
http://www.fluka.org.
This respin fixes the following issues:
- a rare (rounding) problem with Fe neutron cross sections close to (n,n')
threshold resulting in a stop with AMGNEU<1. Thanks to Vitaly Baturin
for pointing out the problem
- an issue in the natural Tellurium low energy neutron cross sections
where 120/122/123/124/125Te were underepresented (the other
isotpes, 126/128/130Te make up ~85% of the isotopic composition)
The respin contains also a few enhancements/additions in the neutron
cross section library:
- Cesium, Cerium, and Tantalum are now processed out of the latest
Endf/b-viiir0 evaluation. In all cases the latest version of Njoy2016
has been used.
- For Europium, 151Eu is processed out of Tendl19, while 153Eu is
processed out of Endf/b-viiir0 (again using Njoy2016)
- Indium is now processed out of Tendl19 with Njoy2016, and is now
also available Self-shielded
As usual assistance will be provided only for the latest respin.
Have fun and stay safe!
