Dear Simon,

I am not sure if I understand your question - are you using a USRBIN
scorer to record the dose distribution? You can define bins in all 3
dimensions, and use the FLAIR "Plot"-Menu to select the projections you
are interested in (in the "Projection & Limits"-section). In this way, you
can also get a 1D-distribution plot (set "Type" to "1D Projection").

Whenever FLAIR creates a plot, a .dat-file is created and if you select
the "Output" field from the menu which sits next to the blue "information"
ball you can find the GNUplot-commands which are used to produce the plot
(including the reading of the .dat-file). This can be useful if you want
to process or draw the data with an external program.

Cheers,

         Stefan
