Following your advice we have been able to find the EPDL97 from IAEA.
As far as the photo-nuclear, we will be so thankful if you can provide those of Nitrogen and Phosphorus.

are you interested in EM cross sections for photons or in photo-nuclear ones?
Those for EM processes in Fluka are taken from EPDL97 and you can find them easily googling around (probably on the IAEA site or other sites).
In case you have difficulties I can provide a printout (you cannot print them from the code).
Instead if you are interested in photonuclear ones these have been worked out for Fluka by A.Fasso` in the past, I can provide those of Nitrogen and Phosphorus if need, no easy way to get them from the code.
