Dear FLUkers,
I'm beginner, and I want to use fluka-4.1.1 for the
production of medically important radionuclides. I've some questions and if
someone can answer to these questions it will help me alot to complete my
project.
              1. Which parameters should I use? Although I've studied many
literature peppers but still I'm confused.
              2. How can I activate PEANUT model? As I've seen in many
papers that this parameters should be useful for the production related
problems.
             3. Can FLUKA code also be used to calculate cross sections for
the production of particular radionuclide?
             4. If some materials e.g. 89Y, 68Zn etc. is not available
while setting up the materials in material card what should I do?
             5. Is it necessary to define detector for this purpose?
              6. Major problem that i faced while making an input file was
simulating a target design if someone can suggest me a article that can
help I'll be very thankful.
             7. The last question is that in the output file where can i
find the production yield of radionuclide.
Waiting for the answers
Thanks.
