register on www.fluka.org (maybe you are already registered) and then
just download one of the tar files with "mac" in the filename,
fluka2021.2-mac-gfor64bit-10.2-AA.tar.gz for gfortran 10.x
fluka2021.2-mac-gfor64bit-9.3-AA.tar.gz for gfortran 9.x
fluka2021.2-mac-gfor64bit-8.4-AA.tar.gz for gfortran 8.x
