Not at all! All available files, including the current
fluka2021.2-linux-gfor64bit-9.4-glibc2.17-AA.tar.gz
are for fluka2021.2.3.

When we issue a respin, all files are moved to the latest version. If you
wait a few hours, fluka2021.2.4 will be out.
