Dear Hantao Jing,

in the first case below, FLUKA does not recognize the material "HYDROGEN"
because you have given a wrong second numerical identifier. Check in the manual:
there is only one HYDROGEN at 87K:
  H Free gas natural Hydrogen 87K ENDF/B-VIIR0 Y HYDROGEN 1 -2 87
(you have input -5. instead of -2.)

>>>>> LOW-MAT HLIQUID 1. -5. 87. 0.0 0.HYDROGEN

In the second case, the third identifier is wrong. In the new library,
room temperature is 296 K, not 293.
There are 3 HYDROGEN at 296K:

  H H2O bound natural Hydrogen 296K ENDF/B-VIIR0 Y HYDROGEN 1 -2 296
  H CH2 bound natural Hydrogen 296K ENDF/B-VIIR0 Y HYDROGEN 1 -3 296
  H Free gas natural Hydrogen 296K ENDF/B-VIIR0 Y HYDROGEN 1 -5 296

Best regards,
