I found version, which I can compile:
"fluka2021.2.6 for Linux, 64 bit, gfortran 9.4, glibc-2.17" with gfortran 10.2, glibc-2.28
and results look like reasonable.

I also have a Debian system on my laptop with glibc 2.28 (and gfortran 8).
I installed the "FLUKA GFortran 8.5, 64 bits, glibc-2.34 Package
Version 2021.2.6", and it seems to be working, but one gets a lot of
Warnings like
/usr/bin/ld: warning: fluka.o: unsupported GNU_PROPERTY_TYPE (5) type:

/usr/bin/ld: warning: fluka.o: unsupported GNU_PROPERTY_TYPE (5) type:

/usr/bin/ld: warning: /software/fluka2021.2.6/libflukahp.a(fpe.o):
unsupported GNU_PROPERTY_TYPE (5) type: 0xc0010001
during the "make"-process (and whenever I compile a user routine).
This works on my laptop, but is not a solution for a HPC cluster
installation.
On our institute's computing cluster (which has glibc2.17), I convinced
therefore the administrators to install also gfortran9 (they use LMOD modules
to allow each user to define the software stack needed), and there we then
succesfully installed the "fluka2021.2.6 for Linux, 64 bit, gfortran
9.4,glibc-2.17"-version.
