good morning experts, I tried to insert the analysis request for alpha
particles into my simulation, but I get a result that I don't expect...
practically zero.
The situation is
Energy Neutron = 14.1 MeV Number of primary= 10^8 x 5 run
Fluence = 4.45 10^11 (n/cm2) Profile Beam=Flat
Surface = (5 x 5) mm
Spessore 100 um
I expect alpha particles from secondary reactions induced by the
interaction of neutrons with SiC.
