Dear Alessandro,

the gplevbin-command should be in $FLUPRO/flutil/gplevbin of your FLUKA
installation - apparently, FLAIR does not find it.

In the FLAIR-Menu clicking on the "Config" icon brings you to a menu where
you can specify the location of gplevbin (which in FLAIR defaults to
{$FLUKAVAR}/flutil/gplevbin).
