I believe this flag corresponds to "de-excitation in flight secondaries".
It seems that the manual needs to be updated to include this entry as it currently "jumps" from ICODE 105 to 110.

Dear FLUKA experts,
When running a prompt gamma (for protons) simulation in water and logging which ICODE is involved in the interaction in MGDRAW in USDRAW, I get ICODE=106.
This code is not explained in MGDRAW, what does it mean?
