Neutron energy after neutrons passed in sample

Dear FLUKA experts,
 
I have 4.5 MeV mono-energetic neutron source. I want to see neutron energy after neutrons passed in sample.

1-Which estimator should I use?

2-In which file can I see neutron energy after neutrons passed in sample? (*.out,*.sum.lis,*.tab.lis)
