With a thin target I would try to bias the (inelastic hadronic)
interaction length, please check:

Also since your beam energy is low, check that you have low enough
cut-offs for your EM cascades:

I want to calculate DOSE using USRBIN. My target is four oxide mixture
which has 5 nanometer thickness.
