I've managed to reproduce your error. I tried importing your INP file=20
into SimpleGeo, and the geometry looks strange. When I run your INP file=20
using my executable, I get the following error in the .out and .err,=20
which I see are also in your output files:

0 !!! Exit being called from Lookz !!!
**** Particle in position X =3D 1.00000000E+00, Y =3D 1.00000000E+00, Z =3D=
=20
-4.00000000E+02
**** with energy 0.000000E+00 GeV, discarded ****

Considering this is your starting position, something is wrong there. I=20
usually get this error when Fluka tries to transport a particle that's=20
outside the blackhole, or some other geometry error.

I hope this helps.
