if you want to get the name from within a user routine, then use geor2n:

CALL geor2n ( nreg, mrgnam, ierr1 )

If you just want to know it after the calculation is finished, you can look=
 at the table that appears in the input file, look for the tag '1Region', t=
he table is just below, with region number and name as the first two column=
s.
