energy spectrum in usrbdx and usrtrack

Dear FLUKA users

I've used USRBDX and USRTRACK for dose equivalent scoring but there is
something strange in my results. For example I've requested an energy
spectrum between 1E-6 and 3 GeV in 100 intervals for scoring dose
euivalent of photons but in USRBDX results there are two series of
energy boundaries, first, from 3 to 1E-6 GeV and second from 2E-2 to
96E-7. There are the same problem in scoring dose equivalent of
neotrons by USRBDX and USRTRACK.
