Energy cut-off multiplication factors

Dear FLUKA experts,

It is clear that WHAT(5) in RADDECAY card sets multiplication factors
for the transport energy cut-offs for prompt and decay radiation defined
by EMFCUT card with blank SDUM. Does it also set multiplication factors
for the production cut-offs defined by EMFCUT card SDUM = PROD-CUT?

Thanks
