Errors using Gfortran compiled 64-bit Fluka

I'm having trouble running a couple of projects I've made in the past,
that I know work. I'm using Gfortran 4.4 at the moment, and have
successfully compiled my project executable, without any custom user
files. However I get the following error in the .log file.

At line 154 of file exp2rp.f
Fortran runtime error: Index '0' of dimension 1 of array 'kstack' below
lower bound of 1

This exact error appears in three simulations that I have created. One
is a very simple x-ray attenuation test example using NEW-DEFAUL, the
second simulation uses EM-CASCA and the final one involves many cards
and transports just about everything.

These simulations work using the latest version when compiled with
g77.

Any suggestions, or should I revisit the compiling procedure?
