Probably geometry problem

Good afternoon, all .

I was trying to sun a simple simulation , but as a result receives strange
error.
line 358: 1812 Aborted "${EXE}" < "$INPN" 2> "$LOGF" > "$LOGF"

When I tried to find some relevant post about such kind of error , the
only thing I was able to dig is:

As far as I understand I have some problem with geometry, but I can't be
sure since I am relatively new to FLUKA.
I rechecked the basic geometry that I have , but still fail to find an
error. I am posting my input file below ,
so if you could give me some advise\suggestion, I will really apprisiate
this.
