Hi Danny

there are conversion coefficients from fluence to DOSE EQUIVALENT, that
can be folded online through the AUXSCORE card. For what concerns dose,
there is a problem of "definition" when one says "deposited by a given
particle type" : dose from a delta ray produced by a proton belongs to the
proton or to the electron fraction?
The AUXCORE card can provide a separation of the different contributions
to energy deposition, but this separation will depend on the production
thresholds that you set.
Hope this helps
Paola

Dear FLUKA users,

As it's difficult to discriminate dose generated by different types of
partilces in FLUKA,I want to score fluence of different types of
particles, from which there must be conversions to particle dose.So can
FLUKA have this auto conversion ,or are there any better ways to achieve
the goal of getting or scoring dose generated by different types of
partilces?

Yours Faithfully,

Danny
