Hi Bob,
1. In the manual section 10.4} has a flag Y/N whether the gammas (in
groupwise format) are produced from the (n,g) reactions. For the Gd you
will get the gammas only for the natural composition. The conversion
electron and the X-rays can be generated once you activate the simulation
of radioactive decays with the RADDECAY, IRRPROFI...

2. Indeed Yb neutron cross section do not exist for the moment for FLUKA.
One way (not very elegant) would be to find another isotope that has
more-or-less the same neutron cross section like Yb and with the LOW-MAT
card to assign its cross section to Yb.
